Dr. Grandison is currently a full-time faculty member under the BAHRM and MHRM program within the Department of Organizational Studies. She has been a UAGC Associate Faculty Member since 2022 and a Higher Ed instructor since 2006.

Dr. Egypt Grandison earned a Doctor of Business Administration, Human Resource Management Specialization, and a MS in Accounting from Walden University. She obtained her MBA, Accounting Specialization, from the University of Phoenix along with additional credentials in HRM. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Virginia College.

Lise is in the Bachelor of Business Administration program. She was born on October 27th,1990 in Haiti. She grew up in Florida and attended public schools before graduating from high school at Whiddon Rogers Education Center in 2010. After high school, Lise attended Broward College in Florida to pursue her interest in art and design and earned a degree in Associate of Art. After college, Lise worked as an insurance consultant at Primerica Insurance Company. After her eight-year experience in Primerica, Lise established her own agency named W & L Financials LLC in December 2019.

Lise is passionate about her field related to business administration; therefore, she wants to gain more knowledge and experience in this area. Lise is now a mother of four beautiful children, happily residing in Florida . Apart from work, Lise finds that shopping, cooking, cleaning, and spending time with her children to help her relax. Lise believes that the experience at the University of Arizona Global Campus will be life-changing for her.

Rachel is in the BAHRM program. Since Rachel was born, she has lived all around the world. After a sojourner childhood, she joined the US Navy at 17 to continue her wanderer lifestyle. Shortly after the birth of her son, she separated from the military to be a stay-at-home mom in 2019. She currently resides in San Diego, but her family looks forward to settling in Austin, TX, by 2028.

Rachel loves to play games with my family. She fell in love with her partner while playing darts with him in a dive bar in Japan. Now games are how they connect with their kids. Whether they’re solving a round of Clue or at an Arcade playing Mario Kart, they love challenging each other in a fun-filled arena.

At the beginning of September 2022, Rachel decided to major in Human Resources Management. During Covid-19, she took on a part-time online business and realized her love for helping others reach their potential. Her mission is to help shape the standards of work culture. Whether a Training Coordinator or a Human Resources Specialist, she wants to help people achieve their goals and make their company be the best it can be.

Dr. Katie Thiry is the Program Chair for the Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) and Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management (BAHRM) degree programs in the Forbes School of Business & Technology at UAGC. Dr. Thiry is a recognized expert and leader in the HR field having earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) through the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute, Inc. (HRCI) and Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) by the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She is also a Master Trainer for the MHI Global (formerly Achieve Global, Inc.) leadership development system. She holds a PhD in Education, with an emphasis in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources and Training & Development, where she has held titles such as Manager of Human Capital Development, Training & Performance Improvement Consultant, and Senior Training Specialist. In these roles, she partnered with organizations to implement successful training initiatives to increase the effectiveness and performance of their teams, reviewed and evaluated courses and resources to address identified needs for the organization, and designed, developed, and delivered custom training.

Dr. Dellosa is a Core Faculty member within the BAHRM and MHRM program and has been teaching with UAGC since 2020. She holds an undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin- Green Bay and a masters in Human Resources Management from Trident University. Additionally, she holds a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Dellosa has 13 years of experience in higher education and 11 years in management/leadership.

Ashley grew up in a small town in Northwest Wisconsin and swam for mid-major D1 University. She moved to the desert after graduation. Her personal mission statement is to make good things happen for other people, and she enjoys working with students. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of work and family, she enjoys participating in endurance events and has qualified for the Ironman World Championship 3 times.

Leah Westerman is a Lead Faculty with UAGC where she teaches courses in Human Resource Management. She holds a Juris Doctor from the Dickenson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics and International Business from Drexel University. She has been licensed to practice law since 2004 and has been teaching online since 2009.

Daniel is in the BAHRM program. He is currently active duty in the U.S. Navy. He is a great team player and ready to join this workgroup to enhance the Chapter’s reach and assist with growth and networking.

Raychel is in the BAHRM program. She is currently employed as a Talent Development Specialist in the Workforce Development field. She is also committed to providing the community with access to personal, professional, and financial development through an organization she founded in 2016. Raychel is excited to serve the Chapter and the students.

Daiana is in the Entrepreneurship program and set to graduate in 2023. She currently works in the banking industry as a business relationship manager and is also busy with her beautiful family.  She is excited to network and grow during this experience.
